- PA Media, Magazine Journalist Short Course: London's first food festival dedicated entirely to hot sauceAs part of my coursework for the Magazine Journalism short course I did in 2019 at PA Media, I had to create a short piece of video journalism. I chose to cover London's first Hot Sauce dedicated food festival, held in Peckham's Copeland Park.
