Managing and owning the UK partner marketing events programme. I have a core focus of driving transformation and opportunities within our partners, and ultimately enabling them to be the best partner possible through the events we put on. Responsibilities & Objectives of my role: - Programme management for all UK partner event programmes (to, thru, co and major). - Responsible for transforming physical events to a more digital experience (pre, during and after). - Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC) UK project manager – Managing a budget of ~$700k, executive stakeholder management and management of project team of 7. - Partner of the Year Awards UK programme lead - corporate PR and communications both internally and externally for one of the most important recognitions in the channel. - Management of major UK partner events – Including budget management, stakeholder management, staff and resourcing management and strategic vision. - Driving positive partner experience and engagement through the events programme
- Management of UK Through Partner Events Programme - Management and Ownership of all Partner Cloud Competency campaigns. - Ownership of the teams ROMI (return on marketing investment) measurement. - Management of the ROI plan for both partner marketing and partner events. - Manage through partner marketing funding and usage to ensure that only the best quality campaigns happened and represented the brand correctly to drive the highest ROI. - Ensuring all campaign data is up to date and available. - Audit & tracking of Customer Immersion Experiences. Throughout my time at Microsoft I have worked my way up and managed key stakeholders including stakeholder managing General Managers within the company. I overhauled several programmes and practices to ensure that we hit targets and give our partners, customers and key internal stakeholders the best event experience possible.
