A people and product role across multiple locations. I was responsible for the on-site promotional strategy for 6 of the UK’s leading gaming brands, including 'Virgin Games', 'CAESARS Casino' 'Heart Bingo', 'Sun Bingo' and Hasbro's 'Monopoly Casino'. Leading a team of promotional executives and researchers, developing their skills within the marketing sector to execute our strategy to great effect.
A project management role it involved working with designers, copywriters and external agencies from the creation of an idea to post-promotion analysis to create the most strategic offers to customers for optimal return across all product touch points, including desktop and mobile, taking care to understand the subtle differences between iOS and Android.
The role involved a high degree of competitor analysis and reporting to make sure each brand remained distinctive, engaging and competitive delivering the best promotions in the gaming market, making best use of a seven figure budget.
