I am an experienced freelance Performance Marketing Specialist with a wide-range of skills in advertising and marketing. My work centres on Digital Strategy and I have a proven track record of creating and implementing highly successful paid media campaigns. I also have knowledge and experience in offline campaigns and can incorporate this into brand strategies where necessary.
I currently work both agency and client side on a freelance basis managing the creation and implementation of media strategies. This includes both branding and performance-based campaigns and spans across a variety of sectors and business sizes.
I manage all aspects of marketing for D&AD, from budget control, paid media and conversion funnel development to creative briefing and the development of brand stories, and work across all parts of the companies offering. A few key responsibilities are: - Increasing exposure through, and audience growth within, desired audiences. - Analysing and defining owned and desired audiences through data and analytics. - Work across all areas of business and streamline marketing activities across multiple products and platforms. - Develop marketing strategies, designate budgets, distribute roles and manage project teams. - Manage creative brief, decide on successful pitches and agree on workload with creative agencies. - Management of the creation of all digital assets, environmental, screen and OOH assets. - Project manage Marketing and Creative input into key activities such as D&AD Awards and D&AD Festival. - Increase conversions in terms of D&AD Awards entries, Festival pass bookers, New Blood entrants, Masterclass attendees and other areas of business. - Planning, management and reporting of all aspects of marketing including email marketing, social marketing, paid media, liaisons with press team, audience data management, etc. - Be the marketing point of contact for all other internal teams and worked with team leads to develop strategies to solve their problems and reach key milestones. - Uphold the brand guidelines and TOV and be the final sign-off for branded assets. - Project manage all areas of creative sustainability at D&AD.
As a company that focuses on gifting, Christmas is by far the busiest time. I joined the brand before this period in order to streamline all marketing efforts and improve performance across all acquisition and retargeting. I was in charge of all PR & Marketing, both online and offline, including media buying, content, brand image, webdev, partnerships and press.
I held a 12-month contract at Cult in order to set up and grow the Paid Media arm of the agency. This included pitching paid media to their current clients & new business opportunities, whilst managing all campaigns taken on.
At MWI, I was part of a 2-man digital team and was responsible for all sections of their clients digital campaigns. This spanned from the initial briefing stage, all the way through strategy, implementation, management and reporting.
