- Full commercial responsibility for the P&L (2017 - £6m at 26% margin). Diversifying our revenue streams, skills and output.
- Lead the multi-disciplinary team of 50+ people within Grey X, attracting and retaining the best digital talent in the industry.
- Setting the strategy to develop our capabilities, concentrating on 4 key areas (Experience Planning, Content, Data Driven Marketing and Tech Innovation)
- Client lead for GSK, Helly Hansen, Emirates, while working across all other Grey clients.
- Integrating digital knowledge, expertise and best in class delivery across Grey.
- Digital leadership across the industry., presenting at many industry events including Media 360, the IPA, Google and judging the Campaign Tech Awards.

GreyPOSSIBLE was a Joint Venture set up to manage key client relationships. I was responsible for our integrated global GSK relationship across the Grey network.
- Defined and built the GreyPOSSIBLE team for GSK, to meet the clients’ expectations and deliver their global digital requirements.
- Set digital strategies at category level (inc. social, content, search) and define faster and more efficient local market activation of all work.
- Grey Global Digital Council and Digital lead on Team GSK for WPP
