My responsibility involved bringing in new digital business, account management of returning and existing clients. I contributed in the idea process of introducing digital subscription packages to UK and European markets. With all my clients, I managed the entire sales process from lead generation to closure of deals and offering an impeccable after sales service. On a daily basis, I scheduled telephone conversations and face to face meetings with mid-large level clients within UK and EMEA markets, giving me the opportunity to create and maintain healthy relationships with luxury fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands. I was also responsible for: • Managing the pipeline of inbound requests and new leads using Salesforce CRM system • Managing multiple stakeholders across locations and countries and assist with their digital marketing campaigns. • Make the most of digital marketing models, such as: Google Docs, Boomerang to increase interactions with clients and increase audience traffic. • Make the most of online marketing models such as: PPC, CPC, SEO, Banner ads to increase online traffic to client’s ecommerce website.
I created A1 London; an accessories and event brand that unites different cultures and age groups to further empower themselves. I design and sell my own eyewear glasses and hats. I have also created and supported many projects such as; day parties, networking events, acoustic open mic and variety shows partnered by University of Bedfordshire, Box Park Shoreditch, Box Park Croydon and most recently Lewisham Council, all conducted with approved risk assessments. My accessories brand http://www.a1frames.co.uk has blossomed over the past year with pop up shop openings in: Pop Brixton, Shoreditch and most recently in Tilburg, Netherlands with total profits of £5k and donations to respectable charities. This role enabled me to negotiate business opportunities with customers, increased my ability to negotiate objection handling and liaise with important stakeholders. I also developed my self-motivation, tenacity, team management skills which helped me to thrive and exceed weekly targets ranging from £8k -10k. The role involved face to face interaction, which allowed me to confidently interact with customers in a clear and professional manner. I also managed a four-person social media team, that allowed me to make use of online marketing techniques and company’s social media platforms to drive traffic for Newsquest subscribers and potential customers.
