• Menu Design & Composition - The Crobar, LondonI was commissioned with the task of re-imagining and developing the cocktail, shots and happy hour menu for London's famous Rock N' Roll bar, The Crobar, Soho. Aswell as more work that was taken on, this definitely presented as a highlight.
• Garden Illustration and DesignContinuing from the succesful relationship established with Platform 1, East Dulwich, London, I was commissioned to prime, paint, and illustrate the customised herb garden and exterior dining space. The work was produced to a tight deadline, and sealed to prevent weather damage. Experimenting with hieroglyphics that could be appropriated to each new chef's residency was a challenge, but alot of fun.
• Branding Design for Platform 1, Permanent Pop-Up Restaurant.I was tasked with branding, illustrating and designing the venue, Platform 1, located in East Dulwich, London. The restaurant was styled as a "Permanent Pop-Up" in that as a permanent venue, it would host guest chefs, kitchen teams and supper clubs on a monthly basis. The branding would later develop into a series of regular commissions, adapting the restaurant to each chefs specifications that arrived.
