Phygital Fashion Freelancer | CG3D Digital Apparel Design & Asset Creation | Responsible Design & Product CreationLondon, United Kingdom
About me
I am a ‘phygital’ apparel freelancer specializing in CG3D Digital Apparel Design & Asset Creation; enabling more Responsible Design and product creation processes, and the opportunity for playable, virtual go-to-market assets and pure digital fashion experiences. I have a broad knowledge and skill set within the fashion and textile industry. I started my career as a bespoke tailor and pattern cutter on London’s Savile Row. I have a master’s degree from the Royal College of Art. I’ve designed for renowned iconic designers, shown during international fashion weeks, and been stocked in the world’s leading luxury fashion stores. I’ve designed across genders, categories and markets, and lead creative teams within boutique labels and premium global brands; living and working in six countries. Along the way I’ve spearheaded sustainability, digital and best practice within Design, Product and Brand teams. Today I work primarily in CLO3D, creating digital assets to build products and experiences IRL and for Web3. I practice biophilic lead, digital first, responsible design. I have a keen interest in building digital transformation processes to implement made-on/to-demand and XR technologies; to deliver better, more immersive consumer experiences. Workflow: Clo3D>Snapchat Lens StudioSome Snapchat fashion lens fun... ⚓️️ . Reshaping my physical production patterns for Snapchat’s genderless reference avatar is really interesting. It has a very straight back, so the balance first needs adjusting. I think I could improve the fit, and have it represent the physical shirt better, by playing with the mesh offsets more. I’m still trying to figure out how to import via Adobe Substance properly, so I can create additional wrinkles and texture in the model. It’s super fun, lots to e
