Part of a creative team of four within a PR & marketing agency specialising in the Home Interest/Interiors sector.
My role included:
• Drive creative branding, concept development & strategy
• Take ownership of projects while working in tandem with managing director & project manager
• Produce an array of projects from brand concepts to advertising campaigns, digital marketing collateral to printed items, fitting with brand ethos, marketing agenda and budgets
• Manage time and work to deadlines
• Motivate and help develop junior members of the creative team; including distribution of tasks, setting expectations and quality assurance
• Communicate and negotiate directly with clients and suppliers
