Responsible for the delivery of over 800,000 images a year to the John Lewis website. Oversees the artworking and formatting of all online supplier content, driving content standards whilst maintaining daily delivery deadlines. An expert in digital solution tools, able to deliver timely artworking requests to high standards, delivering the best omnichannel customer experience for all supplier content.
Responsible for the offshoring retouch and art working process for supplier provided imagery, establishing clear processes, creating retouching guides, KPI’s, image quality standards and outlining clear delivery deadlines. Develops and maintains good working relations with third party agencies and stakeholders at all times.
Drives for continual improvement in performance and ways of working aswell as seeking new and innovative ways to engage in emerging technologies, process or content improvement.
Oversees work flow and smooth delivery of visual assets, prioritising to meet delivery schedule and business needs. Ensures daily targets and standards for website imagery are achieved. Maintains and drives continuous improvement and a robust quality controlled process to ensure that style guide and brand guidelines are adhered to. Ensures all conversations with all stakeholders are clear and transparent in order to execute delivery to deadline.
