My name is Mattia Ferragina and I am an Italian video maker; I have been writing, producing and directing my own projects since 2011. The same year I began working on more professional sets, starting with three short movies for the DWW at the AFI in Los Angeles. I also worked with Italian production companies for some web ads, both in production as well as in other departments.
Being one of the founding and leading members of a cultural association organizing events, I improved my skills in managing teams, often made of different people, and relating with customers and performers.
My experience so far has formed me into being able to work in very different situations, with different groups of people and often with a tight schedule. I am experienced in handling emergencies and problem solving. I am a quick and thorough learner who likes to have a job done properly and can adapt to a whole variety of situations.
