About me
I operate realms of experience design, business and sustainability creating services, products and experiences from scratch as well as transforming existing solutions.
I love to co-create with stakeholders design processes to address identified problems, for example through design thinking, design sprints and workshops.
Over the years of experience in-house and in consultancy assignments, I've acquired skills in which I help stakeholders to:
• Design prototypes and concepts. As well as analyse and evaluate their effect and how it delivers satisfied experience to the users by identifying and implementing KPIs.
• Follow and analyse trends, conduct qualitative analysis, process design, implementation of global, external and user / target group analysis.
• Designing sustainable behaviour: Designing a more sustainable product or service, that fully matches the needs of your users.
• Designing circular services: Developing sustainable business models, moving from a product based company to a service oriented company, or developing a sustainable way of offering your products and services.
