On?site supervision of volunteers in Brown Zone at the Reading Festival.
Working with Zone Managers to ensure Campsite Assistants in Brown Zone are performing duties to a
satisfactory standard.
Main radio holder for Brown Zone acting as an intermediary between Campsite Assistants and other on?site agencies such as police / fire / medical/ stewarding / traffic marshals / security / production.
Detailing activities per hour including incident and accident reports.
Working with other onsite teams to ensure smooth running of the event, helping to improve
customer service and assist with crime prevention.
Delivery of written debriefs including recommendations
