Assistant Manager
I'm an assistant manager for a trainer shop called Size? in central London;
I'm in charge of creating reports, analyzing and interpreting data.
I monitor operating costs, budgets and resources and coordinate operations and ensure schedules and objectives are met.
I also drive the recruitment process and the training and development of current colleagues.
I also stay on the top of merchandising to make sure the shop looks great to maximize sales.
