Managing the flagship & other UK stores social media pages, creating engaging content & promotions through research and data analysis, in order to boost store product, awareness and sales, as well as respond to any online enquiries & messages. Creating, scheduling and executing campaigns using CRM and marketing software Mail Chimp, Text Local and Calameo to ensure customers receive key offers and information as well as POS for store/online use. I work alongside the graphic design team in the print studio, actively learning different design software such as In-Design as well as working together on advertisement and store merchandise.
Being the face of the business I manage the customer entrance/ front of house area, greet and sign in customers, reps and guests; answer/transfer telephone calls dealing with various queries. Maintain a welcoming reception area, building strong ties with customers, reps and guests and ensuring business development. I deal with customer complaints and product return. I also manage various administration tasks on an STL database; maintain office supplies as well as assist collegues in different departments with various tasks. Newly added to the role, I now support the telesales team making calls to customers pushing product and sales.

Ive successfully learnt how to create content for website and social media use; (created by myself from scratch using apps on my mobile) and well as package and distribute goods personally. Supporting the local community (artists) with free recording to be able to make music. Work consisted of interviews with artists, setting up equipment, recording and making phone calls and networking/liaising with various important figures. Through CRS I went into developing my events organizing skills through a talent show for Danielle Beccan- I promoted the event by radio, newspaper and internet advertisements starring myself as well and working in a team to organize the event from scratch. I continue to work with CRS creativity and developing ideas for visual projects, in particular music videos and film.
Helping set up catwalks, hair and make-up rooms, seating guests, packing goody bags as well as opening and closing set up. I worked front of house, checking in backstage and crew members as well as dealing with enquiries and directing guests to shows/exhibitions.

I organized a Nottingham designers fashion show as well as promoting through flyering, selling tickets online and internet promotion. I also co-organised Rock City’s concert for life raising money for cancer, where I hosted and organized artists from CRS Studio's Nottingham.
My first school placement at Hella music. I helped local musicians and performers with opportunities in the industry and industry knowledge. My week consisted of online and running administration smoothly (especially promotion), filming interviews, phone calls, attending meetings and learning how to write press releases.
