Megan Gabbey is an illustrator working and living in London. She is a designer interested in contemporary fashion, culture and people. With a keen eye for detail she depicts life experiences, producing bright and vibrant designs. Working across traditional and digital mediums gives her the skill set to produce work for the purpose of branding, fashion and design.

  NarrativesThese are some wordless narratives I made during my final year at university. They are based around themes of self love and self acceptance and the struggles in achieveing this.
• Portrait IllustrationsHere are some of my illustrations I have completed in the last year. These have been personal projects and some commissions too.

  Internship patternsHere are some of the designs I made during my internship, they are wallpapers or pattern designs that were then used to mock up products to use in highstreet retailers.
• Face MUAFace is a beauty studio in Hertfordshire who offer services in make up, eyelash extensions and HD brows. They asked me to create some illustrations for promotional purposes on their Instagram. Instagram - @mua.face

  Tshirt Policy LondonT-Shirt Policy London are a clothing brand found on ASOS marketplace, they design quality clothes with signature prints and designs. They commissioned me to create two illustrations for their online platforms to display their new designs to be printed on t-shirts. • Pop WafflesPop Waffles is a cornish company who sell ice cream filled waffles out of a trailer whilst travelling around cornwall. Whilst Interning at SkinnyDip I developed my design skills, working on pattern design and mocking up designs for products in presentations for them to be shown to buyers. Some of my designs are being put forward for Winter ranges at a top UK retailer.
