A highly focused and determined Event Coordinator with a positive and friendly approach. Has the ability to work to a high standard in a fast paced environment. At present I am employed by the NHS working in the Learning centre department. My roles vary from reception duties to training administration. My daily reception tasks include setting up training rooms for various sessions, booking rooms out, organising daily schedules and maintaining the centres requirements. My administration role includes booking the staff mandatory training courses. I also work with my colleagues supporting the staff induction programme.
I carried out a 4 month internship at the event agency Innovision London. Here I took on the role of junior project coordinator carrying out tasks for a number of events whilst supporting the event manger. I worked on the following: Department of International Trade Conferences Ranging from 10 to 50 delegates. My responsibilities included liaising with the venue, ordering couriers, creating joining instructions, name badge printing, event documentation, organising PA kits and working onsite for the live events. Great London and Newham Run for Puma 17th July 2016 My role during this included working onsite with the puma sales team to help sell the products and encourage runners to promote the brand. I helped with the set-up of the Puma Tent and photo activation stand. I also helped with the close down, ensuring everything was boxed and labelled correctly. Parallel London 4th September 2016 Parallel is a fully inclusive fun run and festival. For this event I worked within the production team. I had the responsibility of setting up the sensory 1k run with one of the clients. Other tasks included setting up weekly meetings, following up with meeting notes, catering research, purchasing products, hiring equipment, event documentation, organising staff training and attending site visits.
