About me
Mehek is a passionate and ambitious creative, currently working as a Content Creator in both professional and personal environments. She has over 3 years experience in content ideation and social media management, organically amassing over 76,000 followers across TikTok and Instagram, whilst working on professional campaigns with Nike, Adidas, The Sims, among others. Mehek has also regularly featured as a guest on the BBC Asian Network. Recognised as one of TikTok's 22 creatives to watch in 2022, Mehek's goals are to further establish herself in the creative media industry.
Mehek's strong academic background, including a first class honours in law, has helped her create content that focuses on race, inclusivity and intersectionality. Her content discusses the reality of growing up as a member of a minority group in Britain and ways to combat institutional racism. Mehek has given talks at universities and will be featuring as a panelist at Warwick Women's Summit 2022.
In addition, Mehek is an experienced podcaster having founded her own podcast Brownsplain.
