Working across Wella's marketing operations while championing brand’s image in collaboration with cross-functional teams (i.e. Trade Marketing, Sales, CMI, POS, Global) and key stakeholders. Managing total marketing budgets for Coty’s Hair Retail division. Presenting analysis at monthly brand review, including tracking category, brand and sub-segment performance on Nielsen, Excel and Kantar, and defining the underlying performance root causes. Tracking competitor and industry trends and reporting of sales and shopper data, sharing key learnings with internal teams. Supporting IMC team with PR, Influencer marketing and social media management for Cosmetic & Hair brands.
• Managing POS material portfolio and distribution plan for Coty Hair Retail UK&IRE to deliver excellent in-store execution. This has increased Wella’s digital footprint by 25% vs year ago.
• Built and executing a complete social media strategy for Clairol UK & IRE's digital content channels. To date, I have garnered +52,250.5% (303,633 accounts) reach and +16,630.7% impressions for the brand vs. August 2020. Currently driving Stacey Dooley campaign activations both online and in-store.
• Leading Wella FY22 brand planning.
• Member of the first Anti-Racism & Diversity Taskforce at COTY and leading training across company on issues pertaining race. Currently creating an ‘Active Bystander’ training course to be rolled out next year.
