Managing a team of three stylists. Creating and supervising all the looks for the online catalogue, fashion editorials, lookbooks and banners.
Ensuring the styling department met targets, timings and maximum reshoot percentages allowed. Directly reporting to the CEO and Creative Director of the company.
Fast moving e-commerce required constant production of innovative ideas, on trend styling and fresh approaches to creating eye catching images.
Worked closely with the Art Director and Senior Photographer researching, creating and producing all the graphic content of the website.
Along with the Senior Photographer, managing the castings and bookings of the models. While on set, guide models to get the best poses assuring brand consistency.
Selection of the catalogue images for retouching team.
Trend research, creation of mood boards and creative imagery to promote products on social media and across the website.
Other tasks involved supporting the Production Manager with jobs such as image uploading and web merchandising.
