  • My responsibilities include liaising with customers to ensure they receive the best possible customer journey and handling tailored requests to give a personal approach. • Team Leader experience of 4 people during 2015 Christmas period, which requires daily task delegation and handling their escalations. • Daily reporting of Parcel Force and DHL and use of AX and Avaya systems. • Producing commercial and proforma invoices for customs all over the world. • Writing formal declarations for customs about the product and manufacturers. • Issuing and activating Givex giftcards. • Dealing with the return of unwanted or damaged goods back into stock, written off or tested by the food technologist. • Work closely with buying and merchandising to accommodate every customer request. Including placing large unique orders, have jewellery custom made or simply return something to the supplier for a repair or alteration
