        • Primrose Bakery bake and sell freshly baked goods on sight in Primrose Hill, Covent Garden and High Street Kensington. As a Shop Assistant I work a 10hr shift, 4 days a week across all three stores. My main responsibilities include:- • Opening and closing the Bakery. Key holder for all three locations in London. • Ordering stock for shop such as coffee and dairy. • Answering e-mails and forwarding to the right member of staff. • Taking cake orders online, over the phone and in-store. • Cash handling payment taken over the phone and in-store. • Communicating across three stores stock management, cake, and decoration enquiries. • Serving hot beverages and breakfast to customers in the Café. I also work closely alongside the Pastry Chefs in the Bakery by assisting in baking and decorating during the store's busiest times. For example, every fortnight in Covent Garden the Bakery hosts Cupcake Masterclasses where I have assisted in teaching customer's how to bake cupcakes, create Primrose Bakery's infamous swirl and sprinkle their own personal touch.
