Worked independently and remotely to transcribe video and audio files for archiving purposes. Transcribed a wide variety of media using a standardised template and set of guidelines to create consistent files that could be collated with the work of others.

Completed data entry and online research to increase brand awareness through building a database of customers and contacts. Attended the BBC Good Food Show Scotland to promote and sell product and engage with customers in person.
Worked as a member of a team of 12 during the Edinburgh Fringe festival promoting a number of different comedians and shows through brochure distribution, flyering and pitching shows to prospective audience members. Jointly constructed specific pitches for each comedian and their act based on their unique selling points and target audience, with the rest of the group after watching previews in London. Attended daily meetings to discuss sales, pitch and strategy modifications with the rest of Avalon staff over the course of the festival.
Co-managed a product stand for three days at the London Wine Fair 2014, responsible for set up and clearing each day. Introduced the company and its products to attendees while providing samples of the range of wines. Met potential clients and contacts and exchanged business cards and contact information for the company.
Waitressing staff hired by catering companies for a variety of events including formal dinners, canapé and cocktail parties, breakfast buffet and box service at Ascot. Served food and drinks to guests, completed setup and clearing for events. Also undertook some food preparation and occasionally cloakroom duties.
