Liaise with the International offices of host universities to manage student queries, academic transition/progression, housing applications and placement. Month on month budget and forecast management, payroll, and accounting. Delivering CIEE programming on target with yearly forecasting goals. Develop and maintain stakeholder relations with local and international partners, including but not limited to: International Offices, local business and NGO's, educators, student accommodation, and the Association for Study Abroad Providers Ireland.

The Programs Manager serves as the primary contact for CIEE Dublin's portfolio of study abroad programs, providing academic program development in international education. - Management of academic programs with host institutions faculty and staff to develop strong academic progression models for students of interdisciplinary backgrounds - Organize course registration activities and monitor enrolment; preparing student grade reports, while serving as primary contact for special academic accommodations, appeals, and support. - Student services : providing regular office hours, individual and group support; plan and implement all aspects of student services: acculturation programming, excursions, community volunteer and outreach opportunities, on-site facilities, personal counselling, student moral and psychological support, conflict resolution, and holistic support for the student. - Health, Safety, and Security – monitor local and global safety risks; write annual safety audit, secure appropriate medical and professional services; maintain open communications with program sponsors and home school advisors who need to be informed of medical problems or injury. Emergency preparedness process and crisis response plan; and communication to participants of applicable codes of conduct. - Management of student program evaluation, at the macro and micro level, inclusive of facilitating the visits of sending institution evaluation teams. Filing of Term Reports at the conclusion of each academic term.
