    A Toy Maker's Cavern Under the BridgeA proposed dwelling under a bridge at Paddington, London for a fictional character, J.F. Sebastian, who is a genetic designer and a toy maker from the 1982 sci-fi film Blade Runner. The "Toy Maker's Cavern" is specifically designed to accommodate his routine and idiosyncrasies. (2017)

    Managing the store by opening and closing; setting up the day with hourly cash targets based from a weekly/monthly target; reviewing KPIs including best sellers, top categories, top cash lifts and bottom cash loss; and maximising the productivity on the shop floor by setting up a floorplan rota based on the expected traffic of the hour and the utilising the strengths of each Stylists. Developing a strong operational team by leading as an example, delegating tasks, providing support, skills training and product knowledge, and inspiring daily with my obsession for the brand and experience for customers. Managing Profit Protection to ensure the security of the company, store and Stylists including handling G4S Dropoffs and Collections, safe float, till float, thorough floor and bag checks, and and regularly filling in the correct paperwork. Discrepancies and issues are immediately reported and escalated for investigation. Engaging with the District Manager along with the other managers in the London District digitally as a community; reporting targets, updating hourly KPIs and exchanging other useful information. Commercially Visual Merchandising the store to maximise profits - placing products on the floor based on customer reaction/ habit/ interest observations and the performance of the product (sales), also resetting floor sets and fixtures. Dressing window and shop floor mannequins according to the monthly directive and choosing the best commercial looks for the store. Brand Ambassador for the best brand experience for customers - understanding the identity of the brand, having extensive product knowledge including its production and aftercare, building rapport with customers and a clientele, collection of CRM to engage customers to the brand - digital thinking, design thinking. Covering other stores in London and managing different teams.
