Oh hi! I'm Mia. I've been working in TV since the dawn of time. Which was 2002. I'm a development specialist creating entertainment, comedy and fact-ent formats. I've worked across the industry in development, production and commissioning, and have lots of experience teaching creative skills too. I was hired to set up the Two Rivers entertainment slate alongside the Head of Ents in 2020. Working remotely with the Glasgow based team I created and formatted a slate of ideas with the development team, including a prime time talent show piloted by the BBC, a talent-led format currently in development with Channel 4 and a the redevelopment of a returning fact-ent Channel 4 series.
