I am a fine artist, illustrator, designer and published author based in the creative hub of Brighton, UK.
My skills and experience of being both a designer and an illustrator mean that I can provide creative solutions that deliver a powerful visual impact. I pride myself on working closely with clients, going the extra mile to provide an all-in-one solution for their design needs. Additionally, my experience as an art worker ensures that the work delivered is accurate and on spec.
Whether I am designing a giant prop for an opera, designing a quirky craft beer label or illustrating a magazine cover – I love a creative challenge!

I have over 15 years of design and illustration experience since graduating from London College of Communication and Fashion Institute of Technology (New York).

- ECONSULT - CONCEPT & ILLUSTRATIONeConsult is the most widely used digital triage tool in NHS primary care. https://econsult.net/ Concept and illustration design for eConsult. I created the droplet metaphor to symbolise the patient entering the NHS triage system, being caught by caring hands and then transported to the right doctor. - SILVER ROCKET BREWING - LOGO & LABEL DESIGNI was commissioned by the two lovely brewers to design and illustrate their Silver Rocket Brewing logo, can label, bottle label and a beer pump clip. Adding a bright, colourful, fresh, fruity and hoppy imagery within the rocket vector shape to express the flavour of their lovingly crafted IPA. Available to buy in many pubs and shops around the UK.
- SPECKY WREN - ZIGGY OWLI created this striking brightly coloured owl after hearing David Bowie had passed away. David Bowie was a life-long friend of my dad George Underwood. With a strong emphasis on the eyes, this piece has been used for The Specky Wren opticians in Brighton for advertising and marketing purposes.
