Having worked six years in the luxury sector for companies in the fashion, jewellery and art industries I am currently looking for a new role that will draw on my business acumen and creative flair. McArthurGlen is Europe's leading owner, developer and manager of Designer Outlets with 21 centres across 9 countries. I was responsible for creating and producing marketing collaterals and sales tools to publicise existing and new projects to brand partners, financial partners and other stakeholders. I was also responsible for working with influencers within the fashion community to position McArthurGlen as the outlet partner of choice and developing new brand partnerships to add to the portfolio. ? Support in the management of £0.75 million annual marketing budget. ? Development and implementation of B2B marketing programs for the Leasing and DEVCO teams with the goal of generating new business partnerships, raising our fashion credentials and cultivating brand & outlet industry awareness. ? Devised a communication strategy alongside my Manager for McArthurGlen’s portfolio of 900 sought-after brands and potential new brand partners to generate interest among industry players and establish McArthurGlen as a thought leader. ? Responsible for all McArthurGlen B2B print and digital collateral. Introduced innovative interactive digital brochures accessible by iPad and online. Updated monthly newsletter increasing dwell time by over 50% and click-through rate by 20%. ? Influence other internal marketing teams to improve McArthurGlen brand perception within the fashion industry by 1) leveraging McArthurGlen’s presence in key trade shows like MAPIC in Cannes and ICSC in Las Vegas; 2) working with insight team to better understand consumer perception, 3) Developing an integrated communications strategy between B2C and B2B to raise awareness of in-centre activities and campaigns among brand partners. ? Responsible for Internal Communications - presented strategy to both the Deputy Chairman and the CEO. Designed and deployed a new internal magazine from concept to completion - magazine shared company-wide.
