Hi, I'm Mike. I'm a mid-level creative lead specialising in big social media ideas. I love using creativity to surprise and delight audiences, whether that’s devising clever content campaigns for big name brands or producing original comedy for national broadcasters. I've managed social media campaigns for global brands, led creative pitches for a wide variety of client briefs and have extensive experience in creating content, from stills, GIFs and video shoots to comprehensive copywriting skills.   • Day-to-day client contact and responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered on time, to the highest quality and aligned with the brief, KPIs and client. Also responsible for reporting at the end of each project and working with all internal teams to deliver the best possible work. Creative Responsibilities: • Work with Account Director and creative team to develop bespoke campaigns for clients using video, images and copywriting. • Liaise with Insights Team to ensure that social data tracking / analysis are used to inform and improve creative work. • Ensure that all creative is delivered with right mix of brave and brilliant. Project and Client Management: • Create plans and schedules for campaign activity and share with client and in house teams. • Work with Telegraph Hill department managers to ensure in house creative teams are aligned to the client and project objectives • Create and manage budgets on a weekly and/or monthly basis. • Ensure the team’s time is correctly tracked and aligned to the budget. • Work with Account Director and Head of Delivery to ensure projects are properly scoped and delivered to budget. • Ensure creative and strategy are aligned to hit the project’s KPI’s. Client Management: • Act as the main contact for the client on a day-to-day basis. • Report the projects results and successes on a weekly and monthly basis
