• Working with the founder of the brand to form creative concepts. • Forming unique photoshoot concepts weekly and executing them by myself or with members of my team. • Scouting Models to cast in campaign shoots/projects. • Working as the inhouse photographer, shooting all products as well as models. • Working & building upon our inhouse studio space as well as shooting on location. • Processing imagery via Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom. • Intensive Lightroom retouching sessions working through hundreds of images which helped to hone my skills. • Finalizing content for multiple platforms such as social media/email newsletters/printed media. • Being the first point of contact in regard to organizing pop up shops and events. • Creating and honing interesting concepts for our popups and events.
Freelance Social Media Content creator (Photographer/Videographer) : • Initially brought on as a receptionist for the salon, I honed my organizational skills before catching the attention of my employer and being promoted to the head content creator. • Using photography and video to best create routes of advertising for the salon’s products and stylist. • Working closely with the founder of the company and stylists to form creative concepts and best showcase their individual skills. • Working on the go to capture content within the salon, to help produce organic representation of our salons services and the result. • Intensive Video editing sessions in which I would work closely with the stylist to showcase their talent. • Editing product imagery using Adobe photoshop & Lightroom.
Inhouse Photographer: • Creating unique photoshoot concepts weekly and executing them by myself or with members of my team • Scouting different locations. • Scouting models and locations once or twice a week to shoot products on a weekly basis. • Selecting and rejecting images that best portray the different brands we housed (namely: TheNewCounty, StoryofLola, Native Rosé and B-sideldn). • Finalising my edits on the images before handing them over to the creative team for them to integrate into website and advertising. Social Media Coordinator: • Working alongside my team to coordinate brands social media (B-sideldn & TheNewCounty), namely Instagram and Facebook. • Selecting and scheduling imagery to post using schedulegram and other platforms. • Deciding on captions and researching appropriate tags to use. • Working on growing Instagram following and interacting with customers. Sales Assistant(weekends): • Working alone in the store managing sales and delivering warm customer service. • Processing transactions and meeting sales targets. • Understanding sales climates and working on ways to best appeal to these specifications.
