  • Working within a medical communications company as part of the digital team. Duties include Project managenet: sourcing external suppliers, raising PO’s, creating budgets and project timelines and resourcing In addition to this I also manage multiple e-learning platforms through the use of Content Management Systems (Joomla, Wordpress and bespoke systems). This also requires working closely with editorial to ensure content is accurate and with external suppliers to ensure systems are working effectively. Administrative duties include coordinating training for new starters, travel arrangements, expenses and working as part of the company’s CSpirit team. This team coordinates team activities such as summer events, christmas parties and fundraising events.

  • Working within a medical communications company as part of the creative and digital team. Duties include: Project management which involves sourcing external suppliers, raising PO’s, creating budgets, producing project timelines and creating project nancial reports. Acting as Training Champion to ensure all sta are provided with the required and desired training. Working within the social media team to provide content for Facebook and Twitter. Further more, additional tasks comprise of working with the creative team to provide artwork, liasing with printers and quality checking nal versions. The majority of this role requires managing multiple e-learning platforms through the use of Content Management Systems (Joomla, Wordpress and bespoke systems). Working closely with editorial to ensure content is accurate, the platforms are regularly updated with specic content (data) and user allocation to the information on platform.
