I'm an experienced project manager with a demonstrated background of content curation and art direction. I started my journey in communication design, and the nature of how I work has always been focused around developing creative processes and implementing strategies to drive motivation and make things happen across multiple mediums and formats. Over the last few years I have been placed within smaller companies and start-ups where ideation and attention to detail have been my biggest assets. I pride myself in being able to create a positive and productive culture for those around me, and feel most fulfilled when taking initiative to carry ideas forward and bring about peoples strengths to make great work.Locked Pro Plan feature

In addition to my role as art director, I was appointed lead commercial designer for Culture Trip’s international office moves. Setting out a brief to curate an adaptable and healthy workspace to support the needs of an expanding and fast paced start-up, I worked closely with office and finance managers to assemble a team and deliver projects from design through to completion, on time and to budget. Reporting and presenting concepts, furnishings and costs to the CEO for sign off, I coordinated with design leads and contractors to implement brand identity into the workplace.
I curated and led a highly skilled team of in-house illustrators, animators and commissioners across the London and New York offices, and established an effective creative strategy for the production of all illustration and animation content within the company. I was also responsible for outlining the foundations of the hub illustration model by developing a programme which supported the integration of content creators from around the world into company wide projects. Furthermore, I played a key role in outlining the creative vision for the brand and its core values.
One of the original leading in-house illustrators tasked with populating Culture Trip’s large volume of online content with original artwork. I was responsible for building out the creative department in the early stages of the company’s growth and implementing creative practices across the London and New York offices.
