Role includes in providing general administrative support to the Technical Direction Department.Compiling and distributing the staff weekly timesheets, keeping a record of all hours worked and of hourly limits for staff. Arrange accommodation, travel, per diems and additional payroll payments for all Technical/Production managers and staff for hires, co- productions or any other business trips.Compiling and distributing tour schedules and timesheets in line with managers in Technical Direction. Calculating and processing tour payments for all Technical Direction tour staff. Arranging information and assisting with the processing of tour visas for all technical staff.
Role included Working closely with the operations team.Supporting the department in administrative tasks.Generating the weekly technical rota, call sheets, payroll data entry, and regular communication to the operation staff. By having a Stage Management background, allowed me to step in with and operate our conferences or orchestras performances when necessary.
