I am a Creative, Art Director with 8 years in advertising, focused on creative thinking and problem solving with experience through the line and passionate about graphic design and crafting anything to the stage of beauty. Throughout my career, I have worked for a diverse sectors and clients. I have created global campaigns for big brands and worked on small local projects with tight budgets delivering everything from fully integrated campaigns to one off creative solutions. I like to solve problems with creative thinking and I’m always trying to make brands to be closer to people than ever before. We have very challenging time in our business and projects are more and more demanding and complex but it’s nothing more powerful and exciting than finding simple creative idea solving the problem. Scientising in my opinion is of great value nowadays. I know it was started long time ago, but right now it has different impact. So we can deliver much more than advertising for brands. Since I have been at DDB I was a key part of the creative pitch to win the contract of T-Mobile in 2014, the biggest bit of the year. I was asked to lead the creative development and take care of the day-to-day work on T-Mobile brand. As well as helping within the other agency brands such as LOT Airlines, Z?ywiec and McDonald’s. I am heavily involved in all areas of the creative product. As a hands-on creative I am instrumental in bringing a fresh approach to existing brands and nurturing their business and gaining new clients. I lead designers, artworkers, oversee illustrators, visualisers, production and postproduction companies. I also take part in directing adverts and photoshoots for T-Mobile brand also with celebrities such as Robert Lewandowski, Bayern Munich player.
I was a Creative Lead on the Santander Bank (BZ WBK) brand and delivered integrated work for Philips, BP, Michelin and Metlife. I created the most recognising campaigns on the market for brands I worked for. Chuck Norris took part in one of them.
I was a Creative Lead on the AVON cosmetics account for the EMEA markets for almost 2 years. I created a bespoke campaign look and tone that was spread across EMEA region.
I worked on some of Unilever brands, such as Knorr, Dove, Axe.
I freelanced for a while and helped Trumpet with a pitch for Samsung Christmas campaign, which we won.
I moved to EURO RSCG as part of a middleweight team. The TV briefs kept on coming in, and I added first spots to my reel for Orange, Dulux and Reckitt Benckiser FMCG brand.
I started out at Scholz & Friends as a Graphic Designer, and then got promoted to Junior Art Director once my creative skills were seen and valued within the company. I acquired the ability to effortlessly slide between both Art Director and Graphic Designer roles. I worked on a wide range of brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, Tchibo, PKO BP, along with various charities. I won first awards.
