Born and raised in laid back Souther city of Bari (IT), I moved to Milan (IT), foggy but incredibly vibrant, to study at its established Polytechnic university. I spent there three years, enjoying all the possibilities I was given. I was able to live in Rovaniemi (FI), capital city of the cold and pure Lapland, for one semester as an exchange student. After graduating, I moved to London (UK), looking for a city that would surprise and welcome me, with its endless different faces. My interests in the design field are diverse: I’m keen on graphic design and branding projects but passionate about photography as well. ??I’m always eager to show who I am to people that don’t know me and give my best to the people I can work, collaborate and be friend with.
The studio has a focus on branding and editorial project. I work with middleweight and senior designers, holding different kind of tasks. I contribute to every phase of the projects, from the brainstorm to the concept till its realisation.
I Presidi del Libro is a cultural association that operates in different Italian cities. It promotes art and culture throughout events, conferences and workshops. In these years of collaboration with Presidi del Libro, I've been in charge of designing graphic artifacts (e.g. posters, leaflets, invitations) and multimedia projects (e.g. advertisement), social media management and photo reporting the events.
Politecnico di Milano is an established university for the applied science. Its design department is one of the oldest in Italy and it can rely on established teachers, with both academic and professional backgrounds. During my years here, I developed skills mainly in the graphic and brand design field, supported by theoretical cultural studies. Nevertheless, I had the chance to attend elective courses such as "Visual Storytelling and Photojournalism" and "Storytelling. Narration techniques" that gave me a great insight about the importance of communication design as a form of emotional narration. This reflects Politecnico design mindset: the importance of an accurate and serious approach to every project, stressing the importance of every moment of the design thinking process from the research to the final outcome.
