About me
Photography has been a lifelong passion of mine and I truly believe that one is never finished learning. I have received an advanced BA in Professional Photography from Columbia College Chicago USA & a MFA in Photography from the University for the Creative Arts UK. My primary focus is shooting portraits and editorials, though I am currently exploring architectural interiors as well . The majority of my photographic work in the last 10 years has been in the music industry: shooting bands on tour, on location or in studio. My work has been published worldwide and used for a variety of band merchandise, such as tour shirts, album covers, records, etc. As well as commercial product shots and fine art commissions. I spent my first few years in England researching Italian Baroque painters and their place in English art history including working on an article about 17th century artists. I have had a lot of exposure to the National Trust and English Heritage while studying English art history, receiving a post graduate diploma in Fine & Decorative Arts and would love to be more involved with different conservation/trust groups. For any information regarding my work, recent book and art project "Listed and Lost' or any other information please message me at MichelleMargauxPhoto@gmail.com: I am a longstanding member of NAPP, PPA, ASMP & AOP.

Listed & LostAtop a hill in south Liverpool lies Woolton Hall, a Grade I listed building. Built in 1704, Woolton Hall has had many lives: a family home & manor house, hotel, convent & school and finally an events venue. For the last decade the house has attracted attention and posed problems. Abandoned and slowly decaying, television crews carelessly use it as a backdrop, urban explorers continue to gain access, and developers try to exploit it. Unsure how to care for the Graded building, it’s spent beauty
