Part logical, part creative, I have the ability to "pull the threads together" and get the job done, which often involves thinking outside the box and coming up with creative solutions. I thrive on the logistics and creativity that is required to problem solve. I am self-motivated with plenty of initiative, adaptable, flexible, reliable, organised, logical and used to “hitting the ground running” whilst remaining calm, diplomatic and focused under pressure. I enjoy working in a creative and energetic environment and being hands-on in the job.
Having joined Canonical when it was still as start up, I've been part of the company growth from just over 100 to well over 600 employees and the associated operational changes. I have had a hand in many of the initial processes and have been part of everything from updating websites to implementing company-wide processes. Canonical spans over 40 countries across all timezones, and I communicate across all levels of the organisation, dealing with a vast array of personalities.
