- Headhunting and congregating appropriate builder and designer team, working with any issues arising towards the end of the project; - Sourcing and buying all equipment and furniture on given budget, prioritising expenditures towards the needs of the restaurant, the brand and the owners’ preferences, as well as developing all the interior and décor in the restaurant; - Headhunting and collecting new personnel, including luring of the chef from the main potential competitor; - Solving the owners' issue of inability to lease the second floor of the 'Fusion Sushi Bar' building, by finding a buyer 'Hookah Place', as well as additionally creating terms of cooperating between the two and the other branches of 'Fusion'.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Assessing the state of the market and finding the most effective advertising plan for the hotel, followed by its generation, development and fulfillment under a given budget, including sourcing suitable advertising agencies; - Daily interactions and weekly meetings with other departments of the hotel, primarily Financial Department; -Creation and headhunting of hotel representatives and drivers team for greeting and dropping off flying-in customers at the airport; - Participation in design of each item used for promotion of the hotel; - Taking care of additional duties, such as participation in restaurant, room and reception menu content and design correction, as well as its organisation of printing and packaging.
