Agency Assistant

Fielded inquries from clients and press on all platforms and made sure workload was passed over to relevant department or artist. Monitored the schedule of work for artists. Devised daily content for company websites, edited where necessary and schedule for publishing. Advised on social media protocol and furthered CIA's progression in new fields such as Twitter, Instagram etc

Studio Manager

First point of contact for all customers. Sourcing creative solutions for packaging, framing and shipping. Over 100 orders per day. Manage deadlines internally and with suppliers. Constructed Invoices, chased on overdue payments, used packages such as Sage.
Looked after more creative aspects such as developing a brand identity over social media, monitoring insights and creating bold content. Put together press releases and sent out to international press.
