    I am responsible for the Brandwatch brand. One of my key projects was to gather up all elements of the existing brand, consolidate them and set the direction for a new set of guidelines. I oversaw a project to define our tone of voice and use that to drive the visual design elements which crossed digital, print and global conference design. As product owner for the website, I am responsible for the team, it’s strategy, process and roadmap. I ensure that our projects are aligned with the business and marketing goals, while maintaining high quality user centred design and development. We run most of our projects in 2 week agile sprints, pulling together the required skillset and working as a collaborative unit for the duration of the project. With tight design resource on the team I carry out UX and UI roles on most projects along side my other responsibilities. Collaborating with research and users to design data driven solutions. I create journeys, wireframes and live prototypes in HTML and CSS for testing on our user base and moving the design forward. I have 10 direct reports split across design and development teams and also manage our freelance resource across a variety of projects.
