I began to work at Bubble Food who are known for specialising in high end luxury events. I have worked as a waitress, supervisor and manager for them. Most recently being a reservations manager and hostess at Chelsea Barracks HIDE pop up where I worked closely with restaurant manager of the year 2018 and Michelin Star chef Ollie Dabbous.
I worked as a retail assistant selling luxury countryside clothing for 4 months in order to fund my travels around Australia.
In order to fund myself through university I took a job at Clerkenwell Green Events where I was promoted to food supervisor within a year. I was then responsible for staff and ensured that the food service ran smoothly.
My degree is in Anthropology and Media
