  • Duties: Storyboarding creative content based on design brief and providing input and feedback where necessary. Creating digital and printed material for both internal and external use, working with HR department, and internal design teams to create and publish these through various media. Supporting product marketing and brand awareness through infographics, editing videos and online training material. Achievements: • Responsible for creating monthly newsletter that was read by over 2000 employees. The success of the project was seen in term of KPIs, as increase in number of hits on the intranet site, and as a number of responses from the employees. • Held joint responsibility for intranet updates, organising events and all written communications. • Created an animated promotional videos for internal use, completed in excess of 40 projects within my 12 months of working with Aegon. Key Learnings: • Learned to combine and utilize broad range of digital techniques, incorporate 3D elements and typography into designs, enhance video projects. • Proficient in designing, creating and animating explainer videos. • Mastered design tools such as Photoshop and illustrator, became familiar with Google analytics and Mail Chimp and attained other invaluable digital skills.

The National Lithuanian Museum of LT

  • Duties: Working with the art director to modernise the visitor experience at the newly renovated section of the National Lithuanian Museum of Art. This included developing interpretative graphics for one of the exposition halls and making a new showpiece which digitally appropriates M. K. Ciurlioni’s, “The Zodiac” painting cycle (1907), into a form of a short video, along with various other tasks, such as designing brochures, invitations for upcoming exhibitions and images for print media. Achievements: • Designed and created two interactive posters which use conductive ink technique and are responsive to touch. • Created graphic marketing materials for Museum Nights Events. • Produced all the concept art for the video appropriation, including storyboards, moodboards and animatics. • Through the use of motion and various CGI techniques re-created and re-interpreted five paintings from “The Zodiac” cycle. • Finished artefact was exhibited several times in the National Lithuanian Museum of Art as well as in the Kaunas Art Gallery and finally was shown in Edinburgh Napier University Exhibition. Key Learnings: • Obtained the ability to use of conductive ink based technology and its application. • Mastered 3D modelling and animation techniques using both Maya and Cinema 4D. • Developed strong compositing and video editing skills in After Effects, and learned to apply it in design based production.


Digital Media Assistant

  • Duties: Working with the UK Student Recruitment and Outreach Team providing support for activities at university. Setting up and maintaining the greenscreen room, creating infographics covering the greenscreen workflow from how to properly set up the lighting to the keying process. Supporting students during the practical sessions for 2D Animation, Motion Graphics and Visual Effects. Specifically teaching Adobe Creative Suit packages. Achievements: • Produced an infographic explaining how to use the greenscreen room. • Raised the quality of students work helping them with After Effects and greenscreen projects. Key Learnings: • Communication skills and excellent listening skills. • Experience of setting targets and constantly monitoring my own performance. • Gained in depth understanding of digital photography, cameras and lenses. • Improved drawing and animation skills.
