  • My brief from Zest was to add a creative ‘edge’ to every part of the company. I won in business within four weeks, mentored the agency on ‘big idea’ multi channel creativity and strategy. I created and implemented creative systems that increased efficiency and income. I worked independently and also with the Managing Director on New Business - getting buy-in from potential clients. I wrote the business’ new company credentials and created an elevator sell document for the company. I created a future-view document for the business to enable them to achieve their strategic 5-year goal. Client facing, I oversaw the creative department’s ideas across the client base. I mentored teams and the creative department on creativity and the commercial realities of a creative department. Pitch wins include: Canterbury Christ Church University. Multi Channel account. Pitch Won. Worth £800,000+pa Approx DFS Summer Digital Campaign £12,000 (I introduced the business to DFS. Project acquired with no need to pitch) Kent County Council Integrated Youth Campaign Pitch Won. Worth £50,000.
