About me
I’m Miranda Fung, a brand enthusiast currently based in London. I've worked for global corporations and start-ups, bridging the gap between business needs and creative delivery with emphasis on technological innovation. I have lead and contributed to teams across a diverse range of disciplines, including social media technology, retail design, experiential marketing, community and brand management, thought leadership initiatives, culture and people building, and global leadership strategy. I believe that innovation lives where human-centered design and creative empowerment converge, and I thrive in environments where operating without fear of failure is encouraged. These days, I’m passionate about spatial and experiential design, creative empowerment, emerging technologies, ethical fashion, and how we can work towards a circular economy by way of corporate social responsibility. My momentum comes from projects that give me energy and the humans I learn from. When I’m not creating (and global pandemic season aside), you can find me at a farmers market, inhaling a bowl of noodles, taking a road trip, in the yoga studio, and/or showing off photos of my niece and nephew (no really, they’re especially cute).

  • Design Week Portland: Placemaking for a Sustainable FutureAs part of our local brand engagement, I orchestrated a panel discussion around the future of placemaking and how we plan the way we build communities with intention. This included recruiting and engaging local community leaders, organizing content strategy and topics/questions, overseeing all event management aspects (video, lighting, logistics, communications, invites), and overall, leading the project with purpose and vision.
