Work history
Speaker Development
As Speaker Development Co-ordinator it has been my role, not only to coach speakers in the making of their talks, but to curate speakers for the main conference, to be held in February 2016.
I am responsible for creating time plans for speakers to work to and have both run and organised training sessions to provide support to speakers. It has been my pleasure to give feedback and to evaluate talks in the drafting process, and I have been involved in the whole process through to the running of ticketed events (Student Speaker's Choice Awards November 2015)
Sales & Marketing
-
During my time volunteering at Exclusive Roots I was responsible for sales on the shop floor, stock taking, and display design. I worked closely with the Marketing manager and Events coordinator, and was involved in the curation and running of an event at the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford.
