About me

 

I am currently working as a Customer services coordinator for a customer services bureau in the city. It is a highly demanding role, as it involves working for several high quality clients and well known international publishers. In particular, I developed my skills as a Customer Services Executive, through working for a publishing company for 3 years for the parenting website division. Where my main duties were; dealing with incoming/outgoing calls, e-mails on a daily basis, member/customer retention, making sure the running of the website was smooth and reporting to senior members of staff on a daily basis. I have also worked as an Assistant Manager and Sales Representative in retail for many previous years, as well as a receptionist/administrator for Lambeth College. I am a native Spanish speaker, which is often helpful and handy as I have had the opportunity to put this into good use as I would often be the only member of staff who can easily communicate with Spanish speaking customers and/or clients.
