Responsible for management and team coordination between Box Office staff, technicians and catering staff in order to ensure that our theatre, cinema, gallery, studios and restaurant are run efficiently according to our clients and customers’ expectations. Through the day, I supervise team between 10 and 15 employees of the centre. As first point of contact when hiring space, my duty is to guide client from provisional booking to contract signing and account management.
Part time Helpdesk Support while studying for degree – First line support to university students for all computer and software applications. Providing maintenance with the following applications: Dreamweaver, Maya, Final Cut pro, Adobe Premiere video and DVD authoring and editing.
Part of their front house management, I was responsible managing and administering their in house bar and helping with presentations and handling of audio-visual equipment. Hill & Knowlton is one of the world's largest public relations consultancies and London is its flagship office. They have more than 350 staff and almost as many clients. Their "front of house” staffs are vital for providing a stimulating and convivial environment for the rest of the company. Hill and Knowlton Bar was a prototype of Internet bar, which gradually become a multimedia showcase and a meeting point for clients.
