• Updating and maintaining influencer database
• Overseeing outreach and day-to-day communication with influencers
• Recording and tracking all orders placed for influencers
• Managing the sample movement for all PR agencies across NICCE & Farnol
• Reviewing additional paid opportunities and pitch in weekly review
• Collating all global press and influencer activity and reporting weekly with top line review
• Managing & tracking the seasonal budgets for all PR product and logistics costs as well as
additional paid opportunities
● Help the production team with prep off press days, record store days and other events See less
• Managing the day to day diary of the director
• Running all CEO's personal and business errands
• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation for all the business trips and events across all teams
• Enrolling and setting up new starters
• Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
• Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging necessary repairs
• Organising any outgoing/incoming deliveries for our agents and PR agents
• Managing samples
• Managing customer care i.e. dealing with all customer returns /exchanges /refunds
/complaints /enquires
● Organise team social events, seasonal parties and client meals
● Arrange CEO personal Holidays
