About me
A dedicated and determined individual with thorough experience in luxury fashion, I am versatile and personable, work well under pressure and believe strongly in the value of teamwork. Just before Christmas 2019 I made a decision to go travelling to Australia as an opportunity arose that I did not feel I could turn down. With the untimely outbreak of Covid-19 I have sadly cut my travels short and returned to the UK. I am now focusing on looking for new roles where my skills from working in luxury will be transferable. With such unprecedented times and a lack of jobs and any security I have spent the last four months between a number of jobs; an event assistant and amateur florist at Jamjar flowers, a keyworker at Tesco and a professional on the deli at a village store in Godalming. This has in truth been incredibly challenging but fulfilling knowing I am contributing and supporting my local community.

As I have always had a passion for flowers I wanted to gain some experience in an events and special projects environment. After completing a floral installation course with Mcqueens back in February, Jamjar offered me a role to develop my skills as they identified my creativity. The team also really liked my background and experience and thought I would be an ideal fit for the gap in their studio team. Shadowing the Studio Manager helping with deliveries, diary planning, liaising with all customers and companies for upcoming events. Also assisting at the flower market and designing installations and floral concepts at notorious restaurants and hotels all over London.
Trim Development AssistantBurberry

Working below the Womenswear and Menswear Runway Trim Developers to source, develop and prototype trims for the SS20 show. My role consisted of tracking and recording materials ordered for proto and sampling, daily communication and meetings with suppliers, managing and keeping track of the runway trims budget, sending POs and keeping track of invoices with daily use of SAP, updating presentation boards of developed trims and general administration duties to support the rest of the Trim Team.
