I'm Founder of F*ck Off Russell (a community helping you get to know & manage your inner-critic) and Co-Founder & Director at Famn, a collective of psychologists, coaches, and facilitators, working with major organisations in financial services and beyond. In particular, supporting gender equity through our Group Coaching Programme and partnership with ISC Group.
This isn’t without my fair share of imposter syndrome; co-founding a coaching company as a ‘non-coach’… ah!
Prior to forming Famn, I worked in sales & marketing across the hospitality industry and have a background in Law. I’m also a yoga teacher and have trained in Yoga Therapy for PTSD and Trauma.
